The brief for this assignment was to create a magazine concept and come up with a design. I chose to make a magazine called LARM! (NOISE!). Which is a music and culture magazine, that focuses on the more niche genres such as punk and techno.
I wanted to capture what "larm" or "noise" could feel and look like in a magazine. The typography and layout of the pictures breaks the norms and captures this feeling. I wanted to create something that stand out when you spot the magazine.

SAMVIRKE
Design for the danish magazine Samvirke made at DMJX Graphic Design
The brief for this assignment was to create a magazine cover for Samvirke. The theme for this issue of the magazine was the drinking habits in Denmark and how it effects us in negative ways. So we had to come op with headlines and a cover design. My headline translates to "Alchohol is the worst help in the world" and the subheading is about how we often use alchol on dates, to get more courage, but in fact it is the worst wingman you can get.
I wanted to focus on how you can end up feeling trapped by alchol, and its effects.

ALBUM COVER DESIGNS

I made this album cover for the band AEGTESKAB. The way i came up with the design was that i listened to the album and drew sketches of what came to mind. The final design are those sketches together with a handdrawn typeface that spells out the title of the album.

An album cover i made for my friend Morten Krebs, a Berlin based music producer. He was releasing an EP at the time and needed art for the cover. The brief from him was that he wanted every song to have its own color. So i came up with this design.
